Privacy Policy

Data collected and purposes
Through the website we collect the following data, only if you provide it voluntarily:
- Website forms ("Request the review" on the home page and "Request a quote" on the Videoboxweb page): the information you enter (name, social profile or website, project, type of event, date and location) is not stored on the website; it is only used to compose a WhatsApp message that you send to our number, if you choose to.
- WhatsApp: by clicking the "Get information" or "Message us on WhatsApp" buttons you are redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The conversation takes place on the WhatsApp platform, subject to the Meta/WhatsApp privacy policy.
- Anonymous visit counter: an aggregate count of page views, without collecting any data that identifies individual visitors.
Legal basis
The processing of data you send us via WhatsApp or email is based on your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form, for pre-contractual purposes and to respond to your request.
Data retention
Data received through forms, WhatsApp or email is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, if a collaboration begins, for the duration of the business relationship and as required by law.
Third-party services
The website relies on the following external services, which may process data according to their own policies:
- Vercel and Neon — website hosting and the database for internal statistics.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) — for the direct contact links and buttons on the website.
- YouTube — for videos of our work, loaded only when you press play (using the youtube-nocookie.com domain).
The website may use Meta measurement and advertising tools (e.g. Meta Pixel) to analyze traffic and optimize advertising campaigns. These tools may set cookies or technical identifiers on the user's device.
Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
The website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), a third-party cookie that measures page visits, request form submissions and clicks on WhatsApp buttons, to evaluate and optimize our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
The website also uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referral source, device) and to measure form submissions and WhatsApp clicks.
Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are activated only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no data is sent to Meta or Google and the website works normally. Your choice is remembered in your browser (localStorage) and you can change it at any time: change cookie preferences.

Your rights
At any time you can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data by writing to creoagency.it@gmail.com.
Internal visit statistics
To understand how the website is used, we keep an internal visit log, stored in a database provided by Vercel and Neon with servers in Frankfurt (Germany, EU), accessible only to Creoagency with protected access.
- If you accept cookies: date and time, page viewed, referring site (e.g. Google, Instagram), city, region and country approximately derived from your connection, browser language, device type, operating system, browser, screen size, time spent on the page, how far down the page you scrolled, buttons and links clicked (including WhatsApp, phone and email), videos started, the name of the ad campaign you came from (utm parameters in the link) and a random code saved in your browser to recognize later visits. Your IP address is not stored.
- If you decline or don't choose: we only record an anonymous count (date and time, page viewed, country), with no code that could identify you.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the full log; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for the anonymous count only. Data is kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page and request deletion by writing to creoagency.it@gmail.com.

This notice may be updated periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. This is a translation: in case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
